Jeff FOr

Superior Court Judge

I would be honored to fill the seat of the retiring Judge Benton, and would like the opportunity to bring my diversity of experience, my love of the law and the courtroom, as well as my ability to understand people facing difficult and stressful situations, to the bench as Judge of the Superior Court for Walton and Newton Counties. Please vote for me on June 9, 2020.

Testimonials

Jeff is one of the most intelligent humans I’ve ever met. He is as rational and unbiased as they come and has a keen eye for truth. Can’t think of anyone more qualified to hold this position.
— Russ Greer
I have been Jeff’s law partner since 2003 and worked as an assistant district attorney with him from 2001 until 2003. He exemplifies the traits that a Superior Court judge should have. He is honest, brilliant, hard working, and has the biggest heart of anyone I know. He opened a nonprofit to provide legal assistance to those in need and adopted 3 special needs foster children. Walton and Newton counties are lucky to have Jeff Foster as a judicial candidate!
— Marcy Hanks
Jeff has always been an amazing leader in Walton County. He would be a fair Judge and show respect to the position.
— Candace Parker-Smith
I can’t think of a more honorable man for the job. So glad to know Jeff Foster (and his family)and consider him a life long friend
— Stephen Camp

MY PROMISE

I will strive to always seek justice and do equity, without regard to personal opinions, benefits or costs, and afford all who come before me the same respect that I would expect from them. I will apply the law as required, free from bias; interpret the law only where it is truly vague; and I will use my discretion fairly, justly, and always conscious of those deserving grace and mercy.
